PLETT POLO
Plett Polo Club is based on the beautiful Kurland Estate 15mins from Plettenberg Bay, South Africa. With 9 polo fields in the area, hundreds of ponies, polo pro’s and a 6 month playing season, Plett Polo is widely considered the leading polo club in the country, if not the entire African continent.
Polo was originally started in the area to capitalize on Plett being the leading holiday destination in South Africa, where you can play polo in the morning, have lunch on a wine farm and be at the beach in the afternoon.
The club has now morphed in to the breeding ground for young polo talent in South Africa. We play over 2000 chukkas a year and host hundreds of visitors, both domestic and International.
